The SAR Pathway

Administrative Assistant → Executive Assistant → Chief of Staff

A pathway designed to support what comes next

Why the Pathway Exists

Administrative professionals are often the invisible infrastructure of organizations—driving impact without recognition, structure, or clear pathways forward.

Careers in this space are built through exposure, not systems. Growth is often dependent on who sees you, not what you’re capable of.

The SAR Pathway was created to change that.

We are building a series of intentional experiences designed to support women as they strengthen their voice, expand their presence, and move forward with clarity.

The Work We’re Building

What We’re Doing

We are  focused on supporting Administrative Professionals through intentional workshops, conversations, and community-driven spaces.

This work is designed to strengthen early-career support roles while building a foundation for long-term growth, visibility, and leadership.

The Invisible Infrastructure

Administrative Professionals are the invisible infrastructure of organizations — driving execution, enabling leadership, and holding systems together without recognition or clear pathways for advancement.

Through The Invisible Infrastructure, we are naming what has long gone unseen and investing where it matters most. By focusing on AAs first, we address inequities at the foundation, creating access, mobility, and long-term opportunity within the AA → EA → Chief of Staff pipeline.

The Becoming Her Series

An Evolving Workshop Series by SAR

Some transformations happen before anyone else can see them.

Becoming Her is a workshop series for women navigating growth, visibility, confidence, and self-definition. Each experience explores a different part of the becoming process, from presence and voice to leadership, identity, and the courage to move before feeling fully ready.

Hosted through the SAR Pathway, this series supports women as they step into the next version of their personal and professional lives.

Session 01: A Confidence Reset

A Confidence Reset

Confidence is not something women simply have or do not have. It is built through exposure, reflection, repetition, and the decision to keep showing up before certainty arrives.

A Confidence Reset is an intimate workshop experience designed to help women reconnect with their presence, voice, leadership, and personal direction through guided conversation, reflective exercises, and intentional connection.

What to Expect

  • Conversations around confidence, visibility, and executive presence
  • Fireside chat with guest speakers and women in leadership
  • Guided reflection and interactive exercises
  • Intentional networking and community building
  • Tangible takeaways attendees can apply immediately
