Administrative Assistants are the invisible infrastructure of organizations — driving execution, enabling leadership, and holding systems together without recognition or clear pathways for advancement.
Through The Invisible Infrastructure, we are naming what has long gone unseen and investing where it matters most. By focusing on AAs first, we address inequities at the foundation, creating access, mobility, and long-term opportunity within the AA → EA → Chief of Staff pipeline.
