This phase of the SAR Pathway is dedicated to Administrative Assistants, using targeted training, insights, and community to strengthen early-career support roles. Grounded in SAR Consulting’s mission to build equitable, sustainable leadership pipelines, this work is designed to elevate the people who make organizations run — and to ensure their growth is intentional, supported, and visible. 

Administrative Assistants are the invisible infrastructure of organizations — driving execution, enabling leadership, and holding systems together without recognition or clear pathways for advancement.

Through The Invisible Infrastructure, we are naming what has long gone unseen and investing where it matters most. By focusing on AAs first, we address inequities at the foundation, creating access, mobility, and long-term opportunity within the AA → EA → Chief of Staff pipeline.
